I pray to him to reside in the lotus of my heart and destroy the lust, desire, anger, jealousy, greed and attachment. And thus, lead me to freedom from cycle of birth, death and rebirth.

Explanation: It is to be noted that heart chakra in yoga is said to be Anahat Chakra which has 12 petals and somewhere near this only is said to be the seat of soul. As Soul is part of Parmatma, if you let Parmatma reside in your heart then it is a yoga or union of ‘Jeeva’ and “Parmatma’. Ultimately the dual nature gets completely annihilated and only Paramtama remains.
