‘The Journey Home’ : हिन्दी अनुवाद ‘अनोखा सफ़र’
This Book has been written in English originally. The Hindi translation of the book is called ‘Anokha safar’ has been written by Radhanath Swami. Radhanath Swami is originally from America. He was a white jew by birth and was brought up in a the vibrant hippy period in America.
This book is his interesting life history. Being a regular white guy in America it was a difficult fro him to have any knowledge about India in that era. But he came in contact with famous Hippy movement and started his Europe journey. While trying to meditating in Spanish mountains for sometime he received an inspiration to come to India. Having no money he started by hitch hiking and after crossing Turkey, Iran and many countries he landed up in India. There also it was difficult for him to find the right place and right guidance to set him on his final spiritual path.
During this process he met many Yogis , Sanyasis and had varied experiences and finally reached Vrindavan. The book tells you about how this undaunted spiritual quest changed his life for forever. It also shows his deep love for a culture which was far off in another corner of the world from his birth place. This one is surely and inspiring journey to meet his final goal and the transformation that he went through to become what he wanted since his early age.
